Support & Contribution Policy

The Hindu Today (THT) Support/Contribution Policy allows financial support/contributions from individuals, communities, and organisations to support its mission of bringing the knowledge of applied Hinduism to the fore for the benefit of humanity. For achieving this mission, we leverage the knowledge of thought leaders and intellectuals who believe in the wisdom of ancient Indian philosophers, sages, and rishis. This may sound easier said than done. The reality is it takes synergistic efforts of the editorial team and contributors in a relentless manner. To stay unbiased and neutral, we need financial support and contribution from society to work in a sustainable manner so that our mission of delivering well-researched information and thought leadership is not influenced by big-size advertisers. 

THT principles underline that the Support/Contribution Policy follows a transparent and ethical process for the acceptance and management of small support/contributions by individuals or communities. THT protects the confidentiality of supporters/contributors consistent with their wishes and to the extent provided by law. THT identifies funds and uses them for the purpose they are provided. THT only accepts financial support ethical in nature, which is consistent with the mission, goals, and policies of THT. THT reserves the right to refuse any contribution. 

THT accepts small financial support/contributions from supporters through online, cheque, credit/debit card, and payment platform. THT fundraising activities are free from unethical practices and are consistent with the mission, goals, and policies of the organisation. Support/Contribution to THT is completely voluntary and THT doesn’t force anybody to donate to its mission.
